Our COVID-19 Plan

Things are a little bit different now.

Most recently updated on the 04/01/2022.

If our front doors are locked, it will because we have reached maximum capacity in our reception area. Please ring the doorbell – we won’t be long!

We will not be checking individual vaccination status as we feel this is a personal preference. For this reason, face masks are mandatory (unless you are medically exempt).

We have measured our consultation rooms and have allocated specific safety numbers for people allowed into a room with the veterinarian at one time. Current maximum capacity is one family member, and one veterinarian.

If you are feeling unwell, please ask a friend of family member to bring your pet in on your behalf (we can discuss your pet with you, over the phone during the consultation).

We trust in our plan, in you and in our staff to be able to provide the outstanding care you have come to expect.

This is 100% a team effort. We will do out bit – and we thank you for doing yours.

Help us, help you.

There is no evidence that domestic animals play a role in spreading the virus that causes COVID-19.

Because we can’t give you a real one…
