Our Culture, Diversity and Inclusion
Integrity. Thoroughness. Kindness. Warmth. Fairness. Dignity. Respect. Trust.

Healthy pets and happy people are always at the heart of everything that happens at Greater Springfield Veterinary.

Greater Springfield Veterinary has an unwavering commitment to diversity so that each and every one of our people has a full sense of belonging within our organisation. Every staff member has the responsibility to create and sustain an inclusive environment.

Inclusion and diversity are fundamental to our culture and core values. We believe that no one should be discriminated against because of their differences, such as age, ability, ethnicity, gender, gender identity and expression, religion or sexual orientation. Our rich diversity makes us stronger – kinder, more innovative and more creative, helping us better serve our clients and our communities.

We believe that government laws, regulations and business practices should uphold the principles of diversity, inclusion and equality. We remain committed to an inclusive and diverse workplace – where people can be authentic to who they are, and so be their best, both professionally and personally.

Under the leadership of Dr Jeannet Kessels, we have been caring for pets in the Greater Springfield area since 2006.

We are one dedicated team working across two easy-to-access locations.
