We cater to all types of grooming requests!

Grooming is an important part of maintaining your pet’s health and wellbeing.

Appointments are available at our Springfield Hospital (5 Commercial Drive) Monday to Friday.

A gentle, skilled and honest team.

We do not use 'less experienced' bathers - instead, our wonderful groomers prefer to wash every pet themselves and provide a soothing, gentle massage using only the best quality shampoos and conditioners available, post skin assessment.
We use 'snoods' (soft ear covers) that aid in reducing noise from clippers and hair dryers, in an aim to reduce stress for anxious pets.
Our groomers are focused on building a relationship with your dog and will always have his or her wellbeing at the forefront. If we encounter any medical or behavioural issues, we will let you know in an effort to get on top of them, together.
Dogs are provided fresh drinking water and are taken for toilet breaks if staying throughout the day to ensure maximum comfort
You can book a specific drop-off and pick-up time for your dog's groom, or, drop-off and collect whenever is convenient at no extra charge.

Puppy Intro

Allow 15-30 mins

A gentle introduction to handling, this service is aimed at pups under 16 weeks of age and includes a face/feet/sanitary clip, light brush out and nail clip – completed whilst you wait!

Bath & Blow Dry

Allow 30-60 mins

Includes a soothing bath, coat conditioning treatment, blow dry, light brush out, ear clean and nail clip.

Face, Feet & Tail Groom

Allow 60-90 mins

Includes a soothing bath, coat conditioning treatment, blow dry, full brush out, face/feet/sanitary clip (no hair is taken off the body), ear clean and nail clip.

Comfort Groom

Allow 60-120 mins

Includes a soothing bath, coat conditioning treatment, blow dry, full body haircut (in a shorter length or style), ear clean and nail clip.

Allow 1.5-3 hours

Includes a soothing bath, coat conditioning treatment, blow dry, full body haircut (in a longer length and/or breed specific style), ear clean and nail clip.

De-Shedding Groom

Allow 2-4 hours

Includes a soothing bath, coat conditioning treatment, blow dry, removal of loose undercoat (by hand), leg/ belly/feather trim and tidy, ear clean and nail clip.
