A knowledgeable, patient and adaptable Lead Groomer is required to work alongside a veterinary team (in your own department) in Springfield (just 30 mins outside of Brisbane, QLD).

Ideally you will have:

• At least 2 years of full-time experience in grooming (must include scissor clipping) across all breeds of dogs in a salon environment.
• Solid knowledge of breed specific requirements, and temperaments.
• A gentle and kind approach, and awareness for pet safety and wellbeing.
• Confidence and a personable nature that will allow you to liaise with clients and build your clientele.
• The ability to work unassisted.
• The ability to create an environment conducive to learning, open communication, and teamwork for junior staff.
