Lead Groomer Position:

No Weekend Work Required!

A knowledgeable, patient and adaptable Lead Groomer is required to work alongside a veterinary team (in your own department) in Springfield (just 30 mins outside of Brisbane, QLD).

Are you a motivated leader who can provide learning opportunities for junior members and implement recommendations to aid in the continual improvement of the department?

We’d love to talk…

Ideally you will have:

At least 2 years of full-time experience in grooming (must include scissor clipping) across all breeds of dogs in a salon environment.
Solid knowledge of breed specific requirements, and temperaments.
A gentle and kind approach, and awareness for pet safety and wellbeing.
Confidence and a personable nature that will allow you to liaise with clients and build your clientele.
The ability to work unassisted.
The ability to create an environment conducive to learning, open communication, and teamwork for junior staff.
