Meet Your Team

Through open conversations, our dedicated Mental Health First Aid team aim to chat without judgement, provide a safe space to discuss your needs, worries or concerns, and dismantle the stigma surrounding mental health issues.

They will work with you to explore options for additional support (if and when required) and are committed to cultivating a workplace environment where every individual feels empowered to, and comfortable with seeking support.

Addressing Your Concerns…

If you feel you need to talk, it may be beneficial to choose one of the above Mental Health First Aiders to engage with to ensure consistency and a clear line of support.

This helps to ensure an organised approach, continuity of care building trust and fostering relationships.

Please understand that as part of our duty of care, Mental Health First Aiders may, in certain cases, need to escalate concerns to ensure the safety and wellbeing of individuals, and might involve sharing information to facilitate further support and/or safeguarding measures.
