Behaviour appointments with Dr Bridget Brown MANCVS (Veterinary Behaviour) require longer consultation times — please allow 1–2 hours for your visit.

You will be informed of the type of behaviour consultation your pet is booked for (complex / moderate / revisit). Complex behaviour appointments require a $200 deposit at the time of booking (this will be deducted from your final invoice on the day of your visit). Complex behaviour appointments also require a detailed background questionnaire (emailed to you in advance) to be completed before your appointment — please ensure it is submitted prior to your visit to avoid delays. You will receive a confirmation SMS about your upcoming appointment 48 hours before your scheduled visit. Please reply ‘Y’ to confirm or ‘N’ to cancel as soon as you receive it.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
