TERMS & CONDITIONS – BEHAVIOUR APPOINTMENTS

  • A behaviour appointment with Dr Bridget Brown MANCVS (Veterinary Behaviour) requires a longer consultation time slot. Please prepare for a 1-2 hour visit.
  • A booking deposit of $200 is required at the time your booking is made. This will be factored into and deducted from the overall fee at the end of your consultation.
  • An appointment reminder SMS will be sent to you 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Please respond with Y to confirm or N to cancel by close of business on the day you receive it. 
  • Cancellations made 36 hours or more ahead of the scheduled visit will incur no fee.
  • Cancellations and rescheduling with less than 36 hours’ notice, and/or no-shows on the day will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
  • You will be informed if your pets’ consultation is classified as Level 2 (L2 – moderate behaviour consultation) or Level 3 (L3 – extensive behaviour consultation) at the time of booking. L3 behaviour appointments require a completed behaviour questionnaire submitted prior to your scheduled appointment.
  • Failure to submit the required questionnaire in advance may result in the appointment not being able to proceed and forfeiture of your deposit.
  • We are responsible for providing the necessary questionnaire for L3 consultations – you will receive via your nominated email address it upon booking. If you have not received it, please contact us promptly.
