Greater Springfield Veterinary is looking for a Customer Care and Relationship Manager to join our leadership team.

Reporting directly to the Practice Manager, this front facing role will lead a team of 7 receptionists across three hospitals and have a strong focus on team development and client relationship management.

Experience and Qualification Requirements:

Previous experience in a veterinary leadership role is essential. Applicants with additional management, leadership or customer service certificates will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Schedule management and reception duties.
  • Support the customer escalation process by accepting customer queries and/or complaints with a view to manage, investigate and resolve.
  • Identify skill gaps and development opportunities for immediate team members and implement training, support and coaching.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for improvement for our customers through high level work practices and systems.
  • Ensure the delivery of professional, caring, and friendly services to our wonderful clients.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team in the development and strategic planning of the business.

A 38 hour/week roster will be set. Alternating shift patterns between the hours of 7.00am and 8.00pm will be shared (Sundays and public holiday work not required).

Remuneration will be based upon experience.
