Our online form is a convenient way for you to request a food or product order for your pet.

Please note:

Turnaround time is approximately 48 hours.
Our team will send you an SMS when your product(s) are ready to collect.
Special orders can take 3-5 days to process.
Orders must be collected within 7 days.
If a product is unavailable, we will endeavour to inform you as quickly as possible and provide an alternative option, or an estimated date of arrival.
