For legal reasons, we will need to have evaluated your pet within the past 6 months (medication is always dispensed at the veterinarian’s discretion).

Turnaround time for regular on-shelf medication is 24-72 hours.

Compounded medication orders may take up to 10 days.

Our team will SMS you when your pet’s prescription is ready to collect.

Your pet’s health and safety is our top priority.

This online service is for our existing clients only and we cannot provide medication refills for patients that have not been evaluated by our veterinarians.
