Outside of work, you’ll find Kate showing off her DJ skills and smashing weight lifting goals at the gym.

With a diploma of Canine Behavior, Science and Technology and Fear Free Certification, Bec is passionate about ensuring the mental wellbeing of pets is considered as much as their physical health.

Senior Customer Care

With many years of experience in dog training, grooming, and medical reception, Jess brings a wealth of practical knowledge and a calm, capable presence to our team. Her background working closely with both animals and people has given her a unique skill set that fits perfectly within the clinic environment, where she’s enjoying the new pace and daily variety that comes with the role.

A country girl at heart, Jess loves rural life and the joy of caring for her cows and chickens (who, impressively, come running when called!).

Outside of work, Jess can usually be found exploring the great outdoors. Whether hiking or mountain biking through the bush with her dogs, she’s happiest surrounded by nature. She also has a passion for sheep herding, a pastime that combines her love of dogs, animals, and open spaces.
