TERMS & CONDITIONS – LITTER APPOINTMENTS

Breeders who possess a valid BIN (Breeder Identification Number) are eligible for discounted vaccinations and microchipping for litters containing 3 or more offspring. The BIN must be presented to veterinary staff at the time of the appointment.
Litter appointments often require much longer appointment time slots and a nurse (as well as the veterinarian) to accommodate multiple pets and the necessary paperwork. As a result, a booking deposit of $200 is required at the time your booking is made. This will be factored into and deducted from the overall fee at the end of your consultation.
If you need to cancel or postpone your appointment, we would appreciate it if you would provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellation within a timeframe that cannot possibly allow for another pet to attend, or failure to attend the appointment will result in only 50% of the deposit ($100) refunded back to you.
We ask that you confirm or cancel your appointment by replying ‘Y’ or ‘N’ via our SMS appointment reminder, when you receive it.
